Christmas Recipes Collection
Christmas is my favorite time of year in the kitchen, and this collection brings together all my best Christmas food ideas and festive bakes on Nusde in one place. Whether you’re cooking for a crowd or keeping things small, you’ll find everything you need – from the big roast to the cookie tin.
Start with a juicy turkey (spatchcocked, slow cooker or air fryer), or skip the bird for glazed gammon, prime rib or a showstopping Wellington. Add crispy goose fat roast potatoes, stuffing balls and pigs in blankets, and set out a sausage roll wreath and a grazing platter for guests.
For dessert there’s a classic Christmas pudding and fruit cake, a brownie yule log, Baileys trifle and a festive tiramisu, plus homemade mince pies, stollen, gingerbread and Christmas cookies to bake with the kids. And when it’s all over, turn the leftovers into turkey pie or curry, then put your feet up with a mudslide or a Baileys White Russian. Merry Christmas!
